These terms cover your use of the Kilulu app and this site. By setting up Kilulu you agree to them, and to Apple's standard licence agreement, which also applies to the app.

Who it's for

An adult sets up Kilulu and is responsible for the account and for the children who use it. Children use Kilulu in the profiles the adult creates.

Kilulu Plus

• The first place in each language is free. Kilulu Plus unlocks every place and lesson.
• Kilulu Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription bought through Apple, with a one-week free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or when you buy if there's no trial. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Family voices

Only invite relatives who agree to record, and only approve recordings you're happy for your children to hear. Recordings stay private to your family.

Our content

The lessons, pictures, recordings and characters in Kilulu are ours or used with permission. You may use them for your family's learning, not copy or resell them.

The service

We work hard to keep Kilulu accurate and available, but it's provided as is: lessons may change, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Kilulu and delete your data at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that misuse the service, such as uploading recordings that aren't suitable for children.
